1. Using TailBook
TailBook is a coordination platform for animal welfare — recording animals, actions, evidence, and outcomes, and connecting people and organizations who help. You may use it only for lawful purposes connected to animal welfare.
2. Your account
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your credentials secure. Participation in the network does not by itself grant any financial capability; those are governed separately.
3. Content you add
You keep ownership of the photos, notes, and records you contribute, and grant TailBook the permission needed to display them within the platform and an animal’s public life story. Do not upload content you do not have the right to share.
4. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the platform: no false records, no harassment, no attempts to breach security or disrupt the service, and no use that harms animals or people.
5. Service and liability
TailBook is provided as-is while the platform matures. To the extent permitted by law, TailBook DOO Budva is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of the service.
6. Changes
We may update these terms as the platform evolves. Material changes will be reflected here with a new effective date.
