Tiny

I’m a tourist in Budva so this is my hope of trying to get some help for a little kitten I found on my way back from Fort Mogren. It was in the corner of a road (42°16'46.1"N 18°50'02.1"E) and there were some other cats around and food and water, but no other kittens or an obvious mother. It seems to have quite a built up/snotty nose which meant it was making funny noises and maybe some difficulty breathing and just wanted lots of affection and snuggling in my elbow seemingly looking for some comfort and warmth as it was so tiny. I wasn’t sure what to do or where I could get help but I just felt awful leaving it so would greatly appreciate anyone who could help and maybe check it’s okay and has somewhere safe to be.
